Trinity Support & Care services Ltd is a new and innovative company, providing quality assured, safe and person-centred residential care and Day/Outreach support services, to children and adults with Intellectual disabilities, autism and associated mental health needs.

The accommodation and supports we provide are bespoke to the needs of each individual we support. Each service is built around the person in accordance with our core values of dignity and respect. We work in partnership with the individual and their representatives; namely, family members, carers, health professionals and those innate to the person’s circle of support. This is to ensure that each person receives the right support, at the right time, in order to live their best possible life.

Trinity Support & Care Services are looking for a suitably qualified and motivated individuals in Health and Social Care to join our team. Candidates must be professional and experienced with a passion for engaging with clients on a daily basis. Candidates must be self-driven, focused and diverse.

We are currently compiling a waiting list for a new service to operate in the Lisburn area. This service will initially be domiciliary care and will lead into supported living/residential.

Education & Qualifications

Relevant professional qualifications. (All roles)

Professional management qualification. Candidates who do not hold this qualification will be required to complete it within 6 months of appointment. (Manager Role)

3 years paid experience in the Health & Social Care field (Manager Role)

3 years experience in a supervisory or management role in the area of health and social care. (Team Leader Role)

Demonstrable aptitude for effective person and resource management

Ability to maintain administration systems

Ability to maintain communication systems Liaison with statutory and voluntary agencies


Full valid driving licence on application and access to own transport on appointment. (If a disability precludes an individual from holding a driver’s licence, it should be stated how they can meet the mobility requirement of the post)

On call duties will be required.

Available to work flexibly.

Proof of eligibility for permanent employment with Trinity Support & Care Services, in Northern Ireland at time of appointment.

Salary & Remuneration

Salary range for roles £31,050 – £43,350 per annum, depending on role and pro rata depending on contracted hours.
