📣Meet Erin Coyle — A Passionate Force in Social Care 🎉
With 3.5 years of dedication, Erin has become a valued part of the Trinity SCS journey — bringing her compassion, commitment, and enthusiasm in supporting both children and adults with intellectual disabilities, autism and associated mental health needs.
From day one, Erin approached her role with anticipation, unaware of just how powerful and rewarding her path would become. Supporting young people transitioning into adulthood, helping them overcome social barriers, and advocating against injustice has been at the heart of her own professional mission.
Whether it’s guiding someone through their first public transport experience or celebrating an individual securing their very first paid job — Erin sees each milestone as a moment that fuels her passion. These experiences, alongside her nursing studies, have only strengthened her resolve to stay the course.
“It’s in those everyday breakthroughs — big or small — that you see the impact. That’s what keeps me going.”
