Our family support model, allows for the delivery of one to one – or two to one – specialist supports within the home or in the community.

We work in partnership with the child or young person and their representatives; namely, family members, carers, health professionals and those innate to the individual’s circle of support. This is to ensure that each child or young person receives the support they need, at the right time, when they need it most.

We provide the highest quality of care and supports to children and young people with disabilities – This flexible service can be days, evenings and weekends, depending on the required needs of the child or young person and their caregivers. Interventions can be short-term or long term.

The child or young person is supported to access their communities, socialise and build confidence and self-esteem through a variety of social, educational, and recreational activities.
