Each person we support is encouraged to actively participate in their local communities and play important roles as citizens.

Our strengths based model of working, allows for positive experiences and important outcomes to be achieved for each individual at the centre of the process.

Some examples include;

  • Deciding how their home is managed
  • Choosing their staff
  • Decorating their room
  • Getting involved in their community; through various social and educational amenities
  • Enjoying daily recreational and leisure activities
  • Working to achieve specific goals, such as completing outcome measures, training courses or part time work opportunities.

We provide flexible 24 hour support and positive behavioural management. We have trained Social Workers on hand – both CORU and NISCC registered – to carry out comprehensive assessments of need, for each person in receipt of support and care. In addition to this we have support from multi-disciplinary teams.
