Dominic has worked in the field of Human Resources for 25 years and his experience has included Aerospace, Manufacture, Hospitality, Housing and Local Government. He graduated from the University of Ulster with a BSc Honours Degree in Occupational Psychology and followed this up with a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management. Dominic is dedicated to working with staff teams, putting people first and is committed to assisting everyone in reaching their full potential.
Dominic has developed HR departments, implemented software solutions to assist in streamlining businesses and has worked on major projects to drive efficiencies.
Dominic is a devoted family man and with his wife Regina, has three amazing children with whom he spends every free moment enjoying outdoor life to the full.
