Seamus McHugh (Manager) and Shirley-Anne McCann (Team Leader) from our Northern Ireland team attended today’s Social Care Managers Forum held by the Northern Ireland Social Care Council in the Silverbirch hotel, Omagh. The team heard from a number of fantastic speakers who discussed the importance of organisational staff retention, supporting staff talent now and beyond and the value of engagement with Social Care Staff.
