Kevin has a wealth of experience working in Disability Services, particularly within the Health Service Executive (HSE) for eighteen years working where his roles included Disability Manager and General Manager. Throughout his tenure, Kevin’s proactive approach has led to numerous positive outcomes for Disability Service Users. Notably, he has played a pivotal role in delivering key initiatives such as the Disability Services National Plan, Time to Move on From Congregated Settings, and New Directions.
As an experienced manager, Kevin is renowned for his excellent communication skills, which he leverages to build strong, collaborative relationships with Senior Management, Boards, and key stakeholders, both within and outside the organisation. His ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate effectively has been instrumental in fostering a cooperative working environment.
Kevin’s leadership style is characterized by clarity and distinction. He excels both independently and as a crucial member of a productive team.
