Magi started her healthcare career in acute care nursing. This took her all over the world and allowed her to experience health deliver in a variety of care settings over the last 25 years. In the last 15 years Magi has held senior positions looking at the complex needs and care delivery strategies for long term care patients, palliative care patients, acute rehabilitation and brain injury patients, both children and adult. She gained experience with international healthcare accreditation and setting healthcare quality measures to ensure evidence-based care initiatives which improved the outcomes for patients and their families. She has worked in both the public and private healthcare field and is passionate about the quality of care each individual patient receives. After receiving her MSc in Healthcare Management from RCSI Magi facilitated RCSI with their dissertations focusing on Change Management and Process Improvement.
