Anita earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management in 2015, followed by the completion of a CIPD Diploma in Learning and Development in 2020. Her journey into HR was driven by an appreciation for its inherent variety, offering a multitude of specialisations, rendering her role endlessly intriguing and adaptable.
In the ever-evolving landscape, Anita acknowledges the universal challenge of staff recruitment and retention, particularly in the post-Covid era. The pandemic compelled organisations to reimagine their recruitment and retention strategies, especially in the demanding Health and Social Care sector. Trinity SCS, under Anita’s guidance, now pioneers inventive approaches to reinvigorate the interest of experienced professionals in the sector, addressing the profound impact of burnout and fatigue during the pandemic.
As HR Business Partner, Anita excels as a compassionate listener, offering unwavering support to managers and senior leadership, resolving queries and concerns, while also contributing to the development of essential policies, procedures, staff contracts, and employee handbooks. She takes an active role in process enhancement and leads the recruitment efforts, ensuring the onboarding experience is seamless for new staff members.
