A Team Leader in one of our services, in County Tyrone. With a career spanning from the 1990s in Social Care, Craig’s expertise ranges from direct support and care, through to management. His commitment lies in empowering individuals he supports – fostering self-advocacy, and creating positive change. As a versatile Leader, Craig excels in diverse responsibilities, from hands-on assistance, through to training, compliance and staff mentoring, making each day uniquely impactful.
