Pauline has worked within the Health and Social Care sector for twenty years, commencing her career in Looked After Children (LAC), Mental Health Services, and Adult Supported Living.  Over the last seven years, Pauline has predominantly focused on Autism and Learning Disability within Children’s Services.  With an educational background including a BSc Hons in Applied Psychology, a diploma in Counselling, and an ILM Leadership and Management qualification. Pauline uses these skills to support and train other key professionals, and has a particular interest in person centred thinking, and active support. She has been a key advocate for these models of support in previous roles, proving instrumental in the funding applications and setting up of services for children with Autism and Learning Disabilities. Pauline enjoys finding new and innovative ways to enhance the lives of others, to build resilience and increase opportunities and independence for the people we support.
