The organisation was founded by Sinead, who holds qualifications in Social Work, Management, and Training & Education. Sinead has over fifteen years’ experience in Disability Services in Ireland.  In addition to this, Sinead has leadership and management experiences, within a range of care settings, namely, adult day service, residential, and supported living services. Sinead has also previous experience of working as a social worker within statutory agencies in family and childcare in Northern Ireland. In previous roles Sinead had also held the position of Designated Safeguarding Officer. Sinead has a keen interest in training and continuous professional development for staff and has developed training courses and modules in Child Protection, Adult Safeguarding, Autism, Risk Management and Medication Management.  Sinead has also an interest in Art Therapy and the expression of art through communication in supporting children and adults with autism and intellectual disabilities.
