On April 2nd 2025, Trinity Support & Care Services, proudly celebrated its 4th Anniversary at the Armagh City Hotel. The event brought together staff from across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, as well as residents and service users—making it a true celebration of the entire Trinity SCS community.
This special occasion also coincided with World Autism Awareness Day, a meaningful alignment that reflected our ongoing commitment to promoting inclusion, understanding, and support for children and adults.
The event served as both a staff recognition day and a celebration of the shared journey between staff and the people we support. It highlighted the strong bonds, mutual respect, and commitment that make Trinity SCS so unique.
In his keynote speech, CEO Dr. Cormac Coyle remarked:
“As we celebrate today, let us remember that our work is a journey to help the people we support to reach their fullest potential. Equally, this is important for our staff. At Trinity SCS, we provide staff with the skills, training, knowledge, and experience they need to provide the best possible service to the people in receipt of supports”.
We were honoured to welcome special guests, Judith Gillespie CBE, former Deputy Chief Constable of the PSNI, Suzanne McAneney, founder of Lemonade Marketing, and Dr. Brian Finnegan, our own Consultant Clinical Psychologist.
A highlight of the day was the Trinity SCS Awards Ceremony, which celebrated excellence across several key areas:

Acknowledging staff teams that excel through collaboration, communication, and shared purpose.
5) Individual Achievement Awards –
Recognising staff who have shown remarkable personal and professional growth in their roles.
The day was filled with joy, gratitude, and connection—showcasing the heart of Trinity SCS: people supporting people, and growing together.
